Revision Policy
We are committed to delivering accurate work. If you identify errors in the delivered transcription or data entry work, we will provide revisions at no additional cost, provided the revision request is made within 7 days of delivery and relates to accuracy issues.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. However, we may consider refunds or partial refunds in the following circumstances:
- Service cancellation before work has begun: Full refund minus any processing fees
- Failure to deliver services as agreed in the service agreement: Full or partial refund based on work completed
- Significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through reasonable revisions: Partial refund based on circumstances
- Duplicate payment or billing error: Full refund of duplicate amount
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellation before work begins: No charges (full refund if payment was made)
- Cancellation after work has started: Charges apply for work completed up to the cancellation point, calculated based on time invested and materials processed
- Rush or expedited projects: May be subject to additional cancellation fees
