By accessing and using the services of vlixaroxkhunryon, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
vlixaroxkhunryon provides transcription and data entry services. We convert audio and video content into text format and process data entry tasks according to client specifications.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
- Submit only content for which you have proper authorization
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay all fees associated with services rendered
Service Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, transcription and data entry services may contain errors due to audio quality, technical limitations, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for decisions made based on transcribed content. Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying all deliverables before use. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Intellectual Property
All content submitted by clients remains their exclusive property. Upon completion and full payment, clients receive full rights to the transcribed or processed materials. vlixaroxkhunryon retains no ownership rights to client content. By submitting materials, clients warrant that they have the right to authorize transcription or processing of such materials.
All website content, logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of vlixaroxkhunryon and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients. New projects will be charged at current rates.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials and information in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws. All team members and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. We implement security measures to protect client data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the State of Texas and United States federal law, vlixaroxkhunryon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vlixaroxkhunryon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from client's use of our services or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Austin, Texas. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, or internet or telecommunications failures.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
